[IRRELEVANT 2] FISHEYE MENU

http://www.cs.umd.edu/hcil/fisheyemenu/ ----- Fish eye menu:

It is quite interesting and easy to use. Try the demo at

http://www.cs.umd.edu/hcil/fisheyemenu/fisheyemenu-demo.shtml

Can we apply this on the panel on the left … that Todd is doing (the list that show all items that are loading …) when there are many items that are currently “load” onto the system that can’t be display all within the space provided

Fish eye calenda: http://www.cs.umd.edu/hcil/piccolo/play/applet/fisheyecalendar.shtml

It illustrates the point I raised before: providing more information without loosing the information already provided: be able to zoom in for more details (view tasks for a particular day) without loosing more general information (what is the position of the day with that month)

Presentation tool: http://www.cs.umd.edu/hcil/piccolo/play/applet/presentation.shtml

Perhaps we can create “”Zoomable visualization” similar to my idea previously (see “Thought for http://ranking.thumbshots.com”
